Yi Jing Primer
周易学 (基础)
One of the most fundamental principles of metaphysics is the foundation from the Yijing (I Ching), or Classic of Changes. This ancient classic, underlies and is the inspiration for much of Chinese cultural practice. Whether in medicine, metaphysics, divination, geomancy, geography, construction, internal cultivation, etc it can all be related to the Yijing.
In this short course we provide an introduction to the Yijing, including the 64 hexagrams, 8 bagua and their examples of use in different case studies like predicting events, helping with problem solving, and assessing competencies. Their correlation with other systems will also be introduced.
