Session 1: Foundations & Internal Awakening
Learn the core principles of Daoist health and longevity. This session focuses on stillness, breath regulation, and entering the Wuji (primordial) state to initiate internal energy flow.
Key practices include:
Wuji Gong (无极功法), Taiji Turning Arms (太极转臂), Plucking the Air & Eliminating the Turbid (采气排废)
Session 2: Movement & Energy Activation
Develop structure, rooting, and coordinated movement. Learn how to align body, breath, and intention (Yi) to activate and circulate Qi effectively.
Key practices include:
Rings Covering the Moon (双环套月), Embrace the Ball (左右抱球), Horse Stance Push Palms (坐马推掌), Turning Wrists (坐马腕掌), Twin Dragons Play with the Pearl (双龙戏珠)
Session 3: Internal Alchemy & Refinement
Explore deeper methods of internal cultivation, including Jing–Qi–Shen transformation, energy refinement, and focused awareness.
Key practices include:
Lift the Perineum (坐马提肛), Black Bear Rubs Its Back (黑熊擦背), Gazing at the Moon (坐马观月), Opening & Closing the Ball (开合挤球), Qi to the Eyes (发气运目), Qi to the Crown (内气归顶), River Chariot Turning (河车斗转)
