Zimen Quan is built around an elegant system of eighteen core techniques (such as Can, Tui, Yuan, Duo, and Tun, Tu), each representing a practical principle for movement, defense, and redirection of force. Rooted in the philosophy of “using softness to overcome hardness” and “applying wisdom when strength is lacking,” this art cultivates internal resilience, body awareness, and calm responsiveness.
Zimenquan is a very rare martial art from Jiangxi province. Renowned for neutralizing techniques and the death-touching skills (Dian Xue, Dim Mak). Considered and internal style, this course introduces the foundation methods including: Standing Post/Meditation, Body alignment, Yuan Shou, Nei Yuan Wai Yuan, Diao San Guan, Ti Lan Shou, Ban Bi Shou, Jin Qiang Shou, Bai Ma, Pao Tuo and more. The keys to power generation, practice and combat applications will be included.
