1. Definitions

• "Agojin.com," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the platform facilitating course registrations.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity registering for courses via Agojin.com.
• "Course(s)" refers to in-person training sessions, workshops, or educational programs held at designated venues.
• "Instructor(s)" refers to the individuals or organizations conducting the courses.
• "Venue" refers to the physical location in Singapore where the course is held.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to register.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Agojin.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Course Registration & Payment

• Course fees, schedules, and venue details are displayed on the website and are subject to change.
• Payment must be made in full unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Agojin.com does not store credit card details.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with course details, venue address, and attendance instructions.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

By the User:

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your registration and request a full refund up to [X] days before the course start date.
• Late Cancellations (Within [X] Days of Course Start):
• Partial refunds (e.g., 50%) may apply, subject to administrative fees.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than [X] days before the course.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits all fees.

By Agojin.com or Instructor:

• If a course is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified and offered:
• A full refund, OR
• Transfer to an alternative session.
• Agojin.com is not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred due to cancellations.

5. Attendance & Conduct

• You must arrive on time and bring a valid ID and confirmation email for verification.
• Prohibited Conduct:
• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of venue rules.
• Unauthorized recording or distribution of course materials.
• Instructors or venue staff reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course materials (handouts, presentations, etc.) are for personal use only.
• Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Liability & Waiver

• Personal Responsibility: You participate at your own risk. Agojin.com is not liable for:
• Injuries, accidents, or health issues during the course.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings at the venue.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• You must adhere to all Singaporean health and safety regulations (e.g., Workplace Safety and Health Act).
• If applicable, you agree to follow public health guidelines set by the venue.

8. Data Protection (PDPA Compliance)

• Personal data collected is used solely for course administration and will be handled in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• By registering, you consent to:
• Receiving course-related communications.
• Limited data sharing with instructors/venue providers for attendance purposes.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC).

10. Modifications to Terms

• Agojin.com may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website.
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Participant Details

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that martial arts training involves: ☑ Physical contact, throws, strikes, and joint locks. ☑ Risk of injury (e.g., sprains, fractures, concussions). ☑ Potential aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

3. Release of Liability

I waive all claims against Agojin.com, its instructors, and venues for: ☑ Injuries sustained during training (except due to gross negligence). ☑ Property damage or loss. ☑ Costs of emergency medical treatment.

4. Health Declaration

I confirm that: ☑ I am medically fit to participate. ☑ I will disclose injuries/conditions to instructors before training. ☑ (If applicable) I have obtained doctor’s clearance.

5. Compliance & Safety
