The Qingping Sword is considered the epitome of Chinese Swordsmanship. To master the sword requires a system study of its foundation sword methods, then combine with cutting skills and body methods. This course covers the most important 16 foundation sword methods (of the 36 within Qingping Sword).

The Bagua Hunyun Gong, are a series of Qigong exercises developed by M. Lu Zijian. Its practice includes internal and external practices. Lu Zijian (1893-2012) was well known for his Longevity, as well as high achievements in internal martial arts, Daoist alchemy & Qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

This course introduces beginners to the foundational theory, forms, and internal principles of Bajiquan. While the external movement appears straightforward, internal alignment, structure, and explosive force generation are central. Students will be introduced to the stepping, stance work, explosive strikes, and the early phase of Liu Da Kai practice, culminating in the Xiaojia Set.
Zimenquan is a very rare martial art from Jiangxi province. Renowned for neutralizing techniques and the death-touching skills (Dian Xue, Dim Mak). Considered and internal style, this course introduces the foundation methods including: Standing Post/Meditation, Body alignment, Yuan Shou, Nei Yuan Wai Yuan, Diao San Guan, Ti Lan Shou, Ban Bi Shou, Jin Qiang Shou, Bai Ma, Pao Tuo and more. The keys to power generation, practice and combat applications will be included.
